Ready One’s clothing manufacturing process runs from brief to DDP delivery across seven documented stages. Furthermore, ISO 9001 certification governs the quality management system at every stage. The factory produces 100,000–150,000 units per month in Sialkot, Pakistan. Moreover, it holds ISO 9001, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and WRAP certification, serving 1,000+ brands across 40+ countries since 2012.
What Are the Stages of Ready One’s Manufacturing Process?
Every production order follows seven sequential stages. Moreover, each stage has a defined approval point before the next begins. Consequently, no stage proceeds without the previous one being completed and confirmed. Furthermore, this documented approach is what ISO 9001 certification requires.
Stage 1 — Brief and Tech Pack Review
Ready One reviews the client brief, tech pack, or reference sample first. Specifically, any specification gaps are flagged and resolved at this stage. In addition, brands without an existing tech pack can request development as part of the quotation.
Stage 2 — Pre-Production Sample
A physical pre-production sample is completed within 7–10 working days. Furthermore, the sample covers fabric, construction, fit, colour, and branding. Bulk cutting does not begin until the client approves the sample. See Ready One’s quality control process for how samples are assessed.
Stage 3 — Fabric Sourcing and Cutting
Fabric is sourced to the approved specification and tested before cutting. Specifically, GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX verified fabrics are available. Additionally, panel cutting follows the approved tech pack measurements for every size. See Ready One’s fabric options for available materials.
Stage 4 — Sewing and Construction
Panels are sewn to the approved specification across the factory’s sewing lines. Moreover, a mid-production quality check covers seam strength and construction accuracy. Consequently, construction errors are caught before finishing begins.
Stage 5 — Decoration and Finishing
Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, or woven label branding is applied after sewing. Additionally, garments are finished, pressed, individually labelled, and packed. Furthermore, all branding is checked against the approved pre-production sample at this stage.
Stage 6 — AQL Final Inspection
Finished garments are inspected against the approved pre-production sample. Specifically, AQL sampling methodology is applied to the finished batch. Consequently, non-conforming units are corrected or replaced before the order ships. The inspection report is available to the client on request.
Stage 7 — DDP Shipment
The completed order ships DDP to the destination country. Furthermore, all customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery are handled by Ready One’s logistics partner. See Ready One’s lead time guide for transit times to major markets.
