1. Policy Overview

Ready One operates as a custom and bulk clothing manufacturer serving global B2B clients. Most products are manufactured based on client-approved specifications, private labelling, and custom branding requirements.

Because production is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to strict review.

This policy explains when claims are accepted, how issues are handled, and what qualifies as a valid manufacturing defect.

2. Nature of Custom & Bulk Orders

Ready One primarily manufactures:

  • Private label apparel
  • OEM/ODM clothing
  • Custom embroidery and printing
  • Bulk blank garments
  • Custom-labeled clothing

Since products are produced specifically for each client, bulk orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Buyers are encouraged to request samples before bulk production to avoid misunderstandings.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after production
  • Incorrect size selection approved by client
  • Minor color shade variations due to dye lots
  • Minor stitching variations within industry tolerance
  • Fabric texture variations previously approved
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs duties or clearance issues

These situations are considered standard in global garment manufacturing.

4. Manufacturing Defects

Ready One accepts claims only if goods contain verified manufacturing defects such as:

  • Major stitching failure
  • Incorrect logo placement (different from approved sample)
  • Wrong sizing beyond tolerance limits
  • Incorrect product specification not matching approved production file

Standard tolerance levels include:

  • Size variance: ±1–2 cm
  • Minor color variation between dye batches
  • Thread trimming inconsistencies

These tolerances are normal in textile production and do not qualify as defects.

5. Inspection & Claim Timeline

Clients must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

Any claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Close-up images of defects
  • Video evidence when necessary
  • Order reference number
  • Description of the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

6. Claim Review Process

Once a claim is submitted:

  1. Ready One reviews all provided evidence
  2. The production file and approved sample are checked
  3. The quality control record is evaluated
  4. A decision is communicated in writing

Ready One handles all claims professionally and objectively.

7. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Ready One may offer:

  • Repair of defective goods
  • Partial replacement
  • Credit toward future order
  • Partial refund (case-dependent)

Full refunds are rare and apply only in cases of major production error.

The chosen resolution depends on defect severity and quantity affected.

8. Shipping for Approved Returns

If a return is authorized:

  • Instructions will be provided in writing
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Shipping responsibility will be clarified during approval

No goods should be returned without written authorization.

9. Sample Approval Responsibility

Ready One strongly recommends sample approval before bulk production.

Once a client approves:

  • Fabric
  • Color
  • Size chart
  • Logo placement
  • Printing method

Bulk production follows that approval exactly.

Post-production changes cannot be requested after final approval.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

If cancellation occurs before production, deposit refunds are subject to:

  • Development costs
  • Fabric sourcing expenses
  • Administrative processing

Custom-made materials cannot be refunded once purchased.

11. Force Majeure & External Factors

Ready One is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by freight companies
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disruptions

These factors fall outside manufacturing control.

12. Commitment to Fair Business Practices

Ready One values long-term partnerships. The company operates with:

  • Transparent communication
  • Clear documentation
  • Pre-production approvals
  • Quality control inspections

The goal is to prevent disputes before they occur.
