Each product category may have a specific MOQ. MOQs depend on:

  • Fabric type

  • Customization method

Ready One clearly communicates MOQ before order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • Shipping method

Quotes remain valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.

4.2 Payment Terms

5. Samples & Product Approval

Sample development ensures that both parties agree on:

  • Fabric quality

  • Color

Production follows the approved sample strictly.

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Fabric dye lots

  • Lighting differences in photography

These variations are considered standard in textile manufacturing.

6. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production timelines depend on:

Estimated timelines are provided in writing.

Ready One is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping methods are agreed upon before dispatch.

Risk transfers to the client once goods are handed over to:

  • Freight forwarder

Any damage occurring during transit must be reported directly to the shipping provider.

Ready One provides necessary commercial invoices and export documentation.
